Torbay Pharma was proud to partner with Torquay Academy at the recent Girls into STEM event, held at the Hi Tech & Digital Centre to celebrate International Women in Engineering Day.
The event brought together local schools and businesses to inspire young women to explore careers in STEM through teamwork, innovation and problem-solving. Students worked alongside employer partners to develop creative solutions to real-world challenges.
Congratulations to South Devon High School and SDC Engineering, whose Save the Seabed concept was awarded first place.
Events like these play an important role in showcasing the exciting opportunities available within science, engineering and manufacturing. We were delighted to support the initiative and help encourage the next generation of STEM talent.
